Hi guys & gals..
I have an annoying problem with my after effects and occasionally cinema 4d. I upgraded my video cart to a smokin' Asus 8800 GT just last week as I couldn't resist the charm of Dx10 games. Although the gaming performance is superb, software performance is strictly the opposite. I have serious redrawing problems in AFX and cinema 4d. Render times are not diffrent, but I really have problem even using the mask tool. I've read that Nvidia (especially 8xxx series) users have similar issues. I've tried updating VGA drivers, installing alternative and modified drivers, messing with nvidia control panel stuff, poke every possible setting, and thru all that research I've not been able to come up with a solution.
I'm seriously thinking of installing my good old x800GT if the situation persists. Do you guys have any idea what could be done?
