What im doing wrong ?
The whiskey seem to not working correctly, IOR ?

And all the text (not merged with the bottle) are not looking realistic

I can't boolean this with the bottle, its creating a big mess :(

Try increasing your max. ray depth for both liquid, ice and glass to something more like 12, maybe even higher. You have your exit color set to white, which is what your liquid seems to be transmitting since the rays die off before they exit the glass.

Ok so now i have few problem to make it look good :

- Shadow on the bottom of the 2 object is not awesome, im using Vray light and every time i used this, the shadow on the ground with the object always been poor.
I have to use normal light ?

- Is there any thing i can improve to make it photorealistic ?
(Excepthing the scene)
It's realy easy for me to say its made in 3d, but why ... why...

Diffuse should be black for liquids and glass. Colorise either your fog color(will change the saturation with thickness) or refraction(will not change the saturation with thickness).
Use vrayshadow if you use a regular light. Vraylight is just an area light for vray, so shadows are soft.
