View Full Version : Maxon Tech Support
bobzilla 04-21-2003, 01:49 AM Is anybody having problems sending to Maxon's tech support? I've been trying to send them a file with my question and I keep getting some "jmail errror" after I thnk it's sent. There's no other way to contact them, so can those "in the know" look into this for me?
My question, by the way, was trying to get the Center Hips Xpresso expression to work with my character...which I can't seem to do. Anybody try that yet?
Thanks in advance...

I know nothing about maxon tech support but I bet if you posted your file here someone would DL it and figure out whats wrong.
of course you can always rebuild the Xpression to fit your needs.
edit there is always the possiblity that flingster or koyatus will host your file is you ask nicely. they might put it up for a few days. edit

I don't have a web site, so I can't post the file. Is there someone I can email it to perhaps?

Thanks to all for your "support"! I'll email the rig to one of the addreses you've all mentioned that I somehow missed on Maxon's site.
JIII: I don't think it's my email, cause I've sent this same type of files before.

Sorry you ran into problems. How big is your file? Is it a .C4D or .ZIP file?
If you've can reproduce the error, copy and paste the error into a PM to me - that'd really help me track down the problem.
Thanks,
- Rick -

Rick: First I tried a .c4d, then a .sit. Niether worked. I'm at work now, but when I get home I' try it again and write down the error. It wasn't the usual 18 point bold error message, either. It was off to the bottom left of the "Please wait as we process..." message. Very strange. I believe the file was around 400k.
