Hello.

I'm trying to make realistic blood but I just can't (I'm starting with this), until now I have the bullet and the "fire" but not the blood (an important part).
I tried to do it with point in a Metaball but it looks like spheres, not like drops.

Attached a prev.

I would start with more work on the bullet and the fire "effect". Metaballs is possible to do the effect you wish but it will not be perfect. Liquids are VERY difficult in any 3D app and are normally handle by complex plug in software.

But it's only a preview, it'll have a lot of postwork in Photoshop so I don't need do it really good (the bullet and the fire) 'cause will be in 2D, the problem is the blood, the 3D part.

I would model a splash like the one enclosed in 3D and use photoshop to motion blur the fast moving stuff.

Mmm... Yes, yes... But, I don't know how do a realistic 3D look with that (I'm new in this), can I animate the image from photoshop?

Your lighting will be an important part of making this look real or even close to looking like real blood. Try working with those.

Well, the final work would be very dark... That helps?
