Title: Respect
Name: Mark Jordan
Country: Slovenia
Software: Painter, Photoshop

I started this in painter at first as it was meant to be a speed paint test, then i finished it in photoshop, i had an imagine in my head for so long i knew exactly what i want to paint so this was done last weekend.Good vs Evil nothing so new or original i suppose but i always wanted to draw something like that.
So yes respect, obviously they are not showing respect to each other but a respect for their own survival before they go for a fight in the arena behind, for me good and evil is equal to maintain the balance so either they fight forever and ever or they just both die in this epic battle.Thats up to you to decide :)
Last piece of my personal gallery before i go for a long project and i guess i wont have much time to do art for myself :/, but oh well.

hope you find something good in this

enjoy

Pozdravljeni, Mark Jordan. Beautiful colours and details. Very well rendered & arranged. Having said that, I do have one crit. The sword and the hands in-between them looks odd to me. Not sure if the items look to big or just off angle.

OMG, That's the most beautiful painting i have seen in this forum since I'm registered!
Would it be possible to have the Full size Version so i could probably use it as a desktop on my computer?

That sword looks sweet! The details are beautiful.

To me, it seems like the two are actually in an alliance: they're holding the same sword (right?), and it seems as if they're smiling, trusting in each other. Good and Evil unitorzeee!!! And the apathetic ones are killed off haha.

My only critiques concern the extremely dark areas such as Evil's helmet shading and the shadows of his glove. It looks flat around those areas, which is a bit strange considering the reflectivity of metal and the brightness of the lady's face. I guess it could be the 'artistic intention' to make him darker though.

Good job!

yeah, this really rocks :) Very very impressing! The details give it a very realistic look. I especially like the work on the metal parts.
