A 2 sec fast run cycle

The only thing that is really moving right now are the upper legs, you want to get some movement in the lower legs and definitely in the feet, feels very stiff right now. I'd check out this run tutorial from highend3d http://www.highend3d.com/maya/tutorials/animating/294-1.html
