Hi all!
I have a 3D logo made with lightwave 3d, is it possible to make a vector image from this?
Lightwave doesn't make eps file, so I don't know if I can make it in Photoshop, to transform a bitmap image into a vector image and how.......or is it possible to build a 3d logo in photoshop in the same way like Lightwave 3d?

Thanks.

Michael

It depends how complex the logo is.

You might be better off, to get the image into illustrator or Coreldraw and use the tracing functions. It might give you what you want in a single click!

can you post an example?

Perhaps not build, per se, and you don't mention which version of Photoshop you have, but CS3 Extended can import 3D file formats like 3D Studio Max (3DS), Alias Wavefront (OBJ), U3D, Google Earth 4 (KMZ), and Collada (DAE).
