I would have to say that her hand is really too large... but maybe Sea Elves really do have large hands, what with all the swimming! :D Maybe she could be holding something or wearing some important bracelet or ring to show to the viewer or else why would be be holding her hand up like that no for apparent reason.

Wow! One of the most stunning picture lately in my opinion! What a fantastic stile you have! Something half painted but really precise drawing. Very sensitive, as well as the colors and tones!
One neg. crit from me: I quite don't feel the so called 'underwater' things. If there were no fish, there were no 'under the water' feeling, i guess. Maybe if you could add some bubbles or some underwater things in the background... donno. Btw, i think i understand the concept so i really love it!! :love:

the only comment is the same as the rest of the commenter here. The hand is a little larger than it suppose to be.

The size of the hand is fine when it's a close up shot. to me it's more like a confusion between the camera lense and distance for the framing. for a shot like that, the body seem quite flat under the lense above 80-200mm. but the hand seems like from a 35mm camera lens. Anyway, it's a comic character anyway, it doesn't have to be really accurate.

From the perspective of comic , instead of having an inert pose, I want to show something dynamic regarding the pose. Different toning of the hand, face and chest, and even the size of the hand, are meant to heighten the sense of perspective. She is a wizard originated from a race call elusive Sea-Elf . She lives in an illusive world at the north. Where trees are growing on the air, fishes swimming in the sky.

I want her to wear as simple as possible to standout from other complicated characters from my comic. She is saying something about environment protection with the speech bubble which I have not input into the page yet. In the same time, she is feeding the fish while saying something related.

I have uploaded a page before this particular page to ensure an easy understanding in my CGPORTFOLIO.
"Liberty Prison" is a comic about The Outlands, the barren planet that was Earth since the last Great Catastrophe, is now a battlefield among four different races: the versatile Terrans, the savage Beastmen, the destructive Cyborgs, and the elusive Sea-Elves.

I will show this comic pages with dialogues and story after my website is updated. Give me 2 to 3 months time for that.
