So basically all I have now is that red circles, and I need to create black lines. Do you have any idea how can I do that? I'll appreciate any help.

Thanks in advance

Select your circle shapes (make sure they are ungrouped) and apply ‘Add To Shape Area’ (first option on top left) from the Pathfinder Shape Modes and hit the Expand button. Select your new shape and go to Oblect/Path/Offset Path and set spacing. Repeat as needed.
