It's lacking in character and stylization.. I think you need to work on your concept alot more than this. As for th modelling it is very basic even for a cartoon character. In genera; teh character is blocky in an unappealing way and the usage of primary colors isn't very imaginative. I'm being honest so I hope this is helpful commentary.
