View Full Version : Bess WIP
DevonH 04-19-2003, 09:24 PM Hey fellow CG'ers... this is just a WIP. Working on the textures right now. Any suggestions, critics, etc? anything and everything is helpful, so don't hold back.

Not bad!
You might want to check your skull/head anatomy reference. Something isn't quite right there, especially around the eyes. Nothing that I can point at; more like a proportions thing.
Nice texturing, though.

It's looking like it's coming along very nicely, but I agree there are some odd proportion/shape things happening that you could solve with reference, assuming you're going for 'realistic'..I think the eyes are too far apart, or the spheres of the eyes themselves are too large, hard to say. The irises are definitely too big! Throws off perception a lot. Cheeks are perhaps a little hollowed out, but then have seen real people with that issue. :)
Really like the dress and folds, though again there are very odd body proportions, like the arms seem extremely thin. Would have to see from another angle..is that a corset?
Hope that's helpful, keep 'em coming.

okay c'mon people, your not being of any help to me here, I posted this to get feedback, not for people to look at and then move on.... look at how many views there are, in comparison to how many replies. at least let me know if you think it's going in the right direction or not.
