Nope. They're completely different and that notwithstanding, except for copy&paste AE has never been able to export any mask data. It might be possible to cobbel together a script that exports the data to a text file which can be read in Shake and somebody might already have doine it (look at AEnhancers), but that's pretty much al lI could think of.
