Done for this weeks Creature of the Week over at Conceptart.org. The topic was 'skull collector'. Basically it carries the skulls as a sort of armor, but it also uses the teeth of the skulls as its own as it can't grow bones itself.

interesting concept, love the texture of the skull, though it kinda gets less detailed it moves down the page

Interesting, but secondary idea.Sorry for this , but I can see it somewhere in film (maybe) before. Nice work, hope to see more of this in future.
