Hello, I have been practicing 3d animation for around 3 years and have been working in the industry for around 6 months now. My contract has expired and it is time for me to start looking for another job.

I do have a major problem I would like to solve before going deeper into my career.
I am pretty clueless on exporting video from AE CS3. (the main compositor I use)

I never know what type of video I should export as, or even how to export it right. The only way I survived in this industry soo far is all due too VLC Media player. None of the quicktimes, avi or even wma files worked on my clients computer so I had to get them to download VLC media player to see the results of my work for them.

I dont even know how to export a video and specify what size I would like the video file to be. For example if I wanted a video to be 100mb or less I have to randomly render my video's lowering the quality until I have lowered it enough to be 100mb or less...all guess work.

Soo basically I can use the AE CS3 just fine, but when it comes to exporting my video it is obvious I need to learn more.

So if anyone can help me out or you know a tutorial you can link me, I would appreciate it soo very very much

Thank you for your time and patience, sorry for such a long post :)
