nice job man :) a little bit to "sketchy" for me, but it's very good anyway :D Is that made with Painter?
Plz give us more details about the "how to" ;)
I know the first pic ;)

Thanx for the reply!
They are sketchy that's true - they are done as an excercise in painting without outlining first - gotta lose those outlines! So they're pics from movies (Matrix and Blade Runner) and they're done in Painter. From picture reference.
The one with the monsters is from the Daily Sketch Thread at conceptart.org.
All paintings were done in around one hour each.

Hey, nice work man, I really like the sketchy look, maybe if they were intented to be a final piece then they could get more work but then again they would lose that feeling of speed.
Talking of that, did you chek that thread, (speed paints) i´m guessing you would like to post something.
I like that sketchy look !
really like those.
The only elements that disturb me is the white spot in the first picture. the one in the middle...
not bad. one can see who it is.

just on a side note, i noticed you said these are screen caps from movies, what program and effects are you using?

I find a picture on Google and then i use that for reference. Then i paint the thing using painter.
I'm not tracing or color picking - the only thing i do is use the picture for reference.
