uhhh....just make your photo 100x100 pixels. and what you see is what your gonna get. Make sure the photo is larger than 100x100 pixels to start with and then shrink down from there. Or maybe it's 50x50 pixels. Don't remember off hand but it should tell you somewhere in the profile settings.
