I am new to blender coming from a LW/Modo/3dsmax background as a hobbiest. I hope I am not opening up a can of worms with this.

Maybe it is because I am not used to Blender yet, but I honestly do not understand nor seem to like the revesal of the left and right mouse button.

Without out racking me over the coals could someone please help me out with this? Is there a way to remap these 2 buttons? Why is it I would NOT want to do this if it cane be done?

I watched a tutorial that mentioned this, byt they also said I would come to love that they are backwards, why is that I am not getting that yet

Thanks ahead of time!

I bought "The Peach" so I am hoping to get a ton of info from that. I know they are finishing up development, but when does that ship?

Yes, you can swap the mouse buttons in the user preferences.

hahahah, to get to the user preferences to swap them, you have to drag down on the separator between your file menu and the main window. I only post this, because it is extremely difficult to find if you don't know where it is.

or you could change your main 3d window to the user preferences by using the leftmost icon on the 3d window to open the menu and choose user prefs from there.. ;)
