View Full Version : Character: My new female character :)
here is the newest character i've been working on. Any C&C feel free. I would like to know if anybody might have any lighting tutorials that i could follow and if anybody would like to help texture? Did it in lightwave 7.5 and took about 3 days to a week.

Pretty nice model. I was wondering though, can we see any source material. Also look at the nose the nostrils are a little amall looking and the littlthing between them looks too wide. I would like to see a side view, and if she has any ears. It looks pretty nice so far though. I look forward to seeing and update.

It's a good head in my opinion, Cam. What kind of character are you going to make her into?
thx for the reply. I was thinking about photorealistic if that's what you mean? maybe i would make her like a futuristic character? i dunno? what do you think?
:hmm:
here is an update of the head. It is without the textures so i can see what to fix on the model. any suggestions?

Ok, I think part of what's looking a little weird is the shelf underneath the eye, it needs to come further down and not slant in so far, there's no room for the muscle there. More of a straight down transition into the cheek rather than that extreme V you have going on. Also, the chin's a little short in comparison to the size of the lips, distance from the nose to the top lip is greater than the bottom lip to the bottom of the chin, I think that might be throwing it off a bit, too.
