The video seem to be cut off at the end? Some things: the lip sync seems pretty off, I would recommend checking out this tutorial by Keith Lango is very helpful http://www.keithlango.com/tutorials/old/lipSync.htm

also the character feels really floaty, I would recommend start with your key poses and timing and then add in the lip sync last. Keep up the good work!
