MAXON is currently seeking applicants for the position of Tech Support Manager at our offices in Newbury Park, California (LA metropolitan area). Here's a brief rundown:

TECH SUPPORT MANAGER
The tech support manager provides direct oversight of the technical support department, and is primarily responsible for ensuring the technical issues of MAXON customers are promptly and accurately resolved. Additionally, the tech support manager and department are responsible for producing customer training materials relating to the use of MAXON products.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to effectively manage a department of three to six reps
- Excellent computer skills, using both Windows and Mac OS X
- Understands 3D industry, ideally has experience with at least on 3D package (with preference for MAXON products)
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Artistic and/or scripting skills a plus
- Good communication skills

Salaried position, with benefits. Salary DOE.
