CGTalk - skinning tutorials?

I'm learning about skinning for a production. I've been reading through the binding and skinning thread above. There's so many ways to skin a mesh to bones! I'd love to have a tutorial or a few methods to see some different skinning techniques in action.

any good new skinning tutorials kicking around?
