Hi ,everyone. I've two scene files. One is a character with animation done but no UV ; the other is the just character with UV and material done but no rig no animation. I open the anim done scene as my main scene , and reference the UV done scene in. I want to transfer all UV and material info from the referene to my main scene character (duplicate reference material and assign newly created material to anim done model) , so I can remove reference and leave UV and material info on my anim done character. But , my character has lots of geometries , transfer UV and duplicate and reassign material will be really time consuming , I wonder is there is a mel or pluggin can handle this? I'm using Maya 7.0.
Any info about this will be greatly appreciated!!!

Other Possibility;
Mesh->Transfer Attributes

Hi harmless and GiantG! Thank you for reply. the problem is I've a lot of mesh in the scene, so I wonder if I can transfer all UV and material infos at one time. It'll save a lot of time and can be used later when I'm in the same circumstance. Thank you!
