A question;

I always have a hard time deciding the shading and having discipline when I draw "dark" drawings, I wonder how do you go about laying on the dark fur?

What pencil tool do you use?

I use comon pencils of varous hardness.

Usually I start sketching with a hard one (H for ex.)
and finish the drawing (dark details) with a 9B or so.
