How does one submit animation. I see instructions on submitting 2d work, but I do not see instructions on submitting reels or animation. I hope I am not going blind. Can someone direct me to the correct link.

There are no instructions. You host the clip yourself (or use Vimeo, Blip, Internet Archive, or other free hosting services), then post the link (and screenshots, informations and whatever you might want to share with the rest of the world about your movie.)
