Title: Terminator:Where is John?
Name: Ji Ruan
Country: China
Software: Maya, mental ray, Painter, Photoshop
I have already seen lots of T-800s in the forum, but why it seems all you guys forget the other Termintor in the movie, who is much more powerful and dangerous than T-800,he is T-1000.Beacuse there aren't many images about T-1000 or the actor on the internet,I bought a DVD in order to creat him, (I had one,but there is something wrong with the disk).
When I was 9 year old,I saw the movie first time,I was badly frightened of that undead mechine,I was really scared and the fear lasted two years.
Even now every night when I use the computer to make this image along in the dormitory,i feel maybe something is in disguise of the floor.
HOPE YOU LIKE IT!

Good start to a great render. His head needs a little more work though. Seems rather large to me. Plus, double check the lighting you see around his face, and incorporate it to the rest of that side of his body. Keep up the good work.

That rumor has been going around our school for a while. It seems that the Governator is not in it. All endoskeletons and the machines will be done in CG. That's what I've heard so far.
Nice work on the model, by the way. Good textures. The shape of his head is off a bit. It should be more slender at the top. His palm, the one with the gun, is a bit too square. That is if you're going for photo-realism. If you stylized it intentionally, it's a hell of a job.
I would also consider darkening his irises a bit. The value is very close to his skin and they get lost in the image.
Here's a couple of images I've dug up, if it helps.

I just found the resolution settings of my CRT gose wrong, the whole image was squeezed,I really frustrated for sending the picture here so early.
And this is what it should be.

Yeah, the movie that started it all (well, there have been also The Abyss, but anyway... plus they are both Cameron's movies).
This was the movie that first made me wondering how Computer graphic worked, and since then I have been always fascinated by CG special effects.
Thank you for reminding me about a movie I saw at least 30 times when I was 13-16 years old!
