My showreel I just finished (if you can call a showreel finished that is). I'm currently on my second and last year of Digital Graphics, the 3d school I'm going to at the moment and I'm available for an internship beginning late January.

I loved your rigging character  A little criticism, you might want to rearrange the way you display your showreel. Your best first and your least strong in the end. The first 15sec animation didn't just do it for me :(

Yes I kind of agree with you, I think the rig is the best part of it and maybe I should start showing that instead. Animation isn't my strongest point yet, but I'm working on it :) Thanks for the input.

Loved the facial rig. I highly recomending you to pursue rigging. It seems you are much stronger in that area.

Nice models, especially loved the anatomy. Congrats!!!

Thank you! Yeah I've been focusing on rigging the past months, glad to see it has paid off!

I would first like to say congrates on a well done reel. I would have to agree with previous comments on the way it was presented. I think your rig is your strong area and I would like to see put in the very beginning of the reel. Also, I would consider rigging up your other model so hes not standing at the default pose for rigging. It wouldn't have to be as detailed as the other one but at least good so that its in a dynamic pose to show that it can be rigging and the deformations on the character are accurate.I think your facial rig is fantastic. As an animator, I wouldnt mind getting my hands on something like that to test out. Good luck with the job hunt man and I look forward to seeing more of your work.

hey there, I enjoyed your reel. Overall it's very good and I agree with the other commenters, but I think you should keep some animation in there. Mainly a facial animation. Have a stomach up view and him doing a reaction take or something to show off the face shapes. I don't think your weight lift is too bad, it just needs some more work. The main thing that caught my attention is the traversing walk. I personally always have trouble making traversing walks...I dunno they just always end up looking weird, so I make a cycle and turn it into a traversing one. It's much less work and generally looks better. The problem with yours right now, I think, is the cog needs to be further foreward.
