This is male model wip. I wanted to get some C&C before i finish it and find out that its a PoS model and i just wasted my time. It is currently at 338 polygons. I want it to be a game character so i want it low polygons, But i am new to this, so i will take advice for putting more polygons in the arms or stomach area and that kind of stuff. I am also not looking for the "perfect figure" -- with that said i want something that doesn't look totally messed up, lol

C&C please!'

Thanks,

Ashe

I like the second one, my one comment is that the sides of the torso seems a little too straight.

Keep up the good work:thumbsup:

Post an image showing the mesh, not just a solid render.

You need to consult some anatomy books because you are having some problems with your proportions.

You also need to work on your muscle detail a lot more. Looking at your model, I think that you are going to have difficulty forming the muscles properly (especially in the torso region) because of the way that you have created your polys. You should ideally have the polys forming curves that flow in the shapes found in the muscles so that you can shape them correctly.

The torso area really needs a lot of reshaping in general. Like I said, I think you must first get some good anatomical reference before continuing, and you should also do some research on edge loops and how to use them for organic modelling. Try looking in the Modelling forum or something for more information on that.
