View Full Version : C4D animators needed in LA
roger 04-17-2003, 04:46 PM I saw someone posted a C4D job from here (http://www.uemedia.com/CPC/vfxpro/) so I thought I could post this one (http://2-pop.com/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=jobs&Number=590900&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=14&fpart=1)
I don't use C4D but it does look cool!

Looks like it would be a good time for an L.A. animator to learn Cinema.

ok... therre's a conspiracy... i know it. as soon as i get much needed freelance work, loads of great "permanent" job's suddenly appear out of thin air which of course it's not possible to apply for. :annoyed: where were they when i didn't have any work???

well lets analyze this: permanent VS temporary freelance.
Why wouldnt you apply for the full time possition and then drop the freelance?

The most recent offer was not for a permenant position.

i'd drop freelance, because at this point in time freelance offers no security and a bunch of headaches in terms of dealing with the taxman. also i've only recently moved here (from england) and my plan had'nt really involved being a freelancer here till i had some more contacts. in england i had enough so i could freelance quite happily. but here starting out afresh it's a different thing.

HPD changed their name, and they never mentioned it to the other beta testers :/ I don't think Hollow point digital now known I guess as Vital distraction is hiring.
