ive been modeling alot wiv nurbs recently, n ive kinda forgotten how to model in sub-D's lol, well the first part you know wen you have an object with the poly box around it.
And if you move a vertice on tha left the one on tha right will move also... you get me? i forgot what to type

"connectPolyshape" - or sumthing like dat cheers.

Well you can use polyDuplicateAndConnect, but in 4.5 just hit the smooth proxy button.
