Title: Bungalow - Exterior Arch Viz
Name: Louis Choinière
Country: Canada
Software: 3ds max, Photoshop, VRay
The model was created for a skill test to get a job. After the model done, I deceide to learn Vray so I made some textures and render it. I used Onyx trees to make vegetation and I must say it's a very nice software but you need to learn to control your poly count! Thanks to comment

Your lighting is oky.
Your materials look too clean to me,mix them wit some dirt maps.
I find a great emptyness behind the fence.you could put a distance mountain or tree or something with a slight fog to get more depth.
you should get rid of the tiling grass map.get a few grass maps and mix them.
a few deacals here and there would help, specially near the road and the pavement ledge like thingy.
you got a very good start here, keep it up.

The house is nice modelled :)
But the textures on the rest of the picture are not nice :p

I don't know I'm not an expert in architectural visualization, but I would expect that he did a spot on job. I've never seen any architectural renderings that were done 100% realistic, they are always perfectly clean without any grunge or dirt in evidence.
