I don't think the games are the concern here. It sounds like it has to do with all the cross marketing Sony (not Sony Computer Entertainment) did with Ericsson (or was it Cingular), and their other consumer electronics (DVD players and televisons), as well as third party companies like Reebok. Marvel's concerned that Sony is gloming onto Spidey as their trademark and the public will no longer associate Spidey with Marvel. I'm sure they'll settle and the movies will continue.
