I am trying to use multiple displacement maps on the same object. I am using 64 bit maya which, as far as I know, restricts me from using the ctrl_multidisplace shader because it is only for 32 bit maya. Is there another way to achieve multiple displacements without this shader? would sending the maps through a mix8layer set to multiply do the same thing as the ctrl multidisplace? is there a better way to do this?
