Title: "The Beacon" 1 bedroom Condo
Name: Joseph Alfred Garcia
Country: Philippines
Software: 3ds max, VRay

I did the modeling, texturing and rendering of this one bedroom condo unit for a friend. They wanted a sort of modern design to it so i added lots of brushed metal and a mirror by the dining set to make it look spacious. The camera gives away that fact becuse i really had to adjust the zoom factor to make this whole area fit. You can just imagine how small this area is.

Great look like the image. Only crit everything is too perfect and symmetrical. Needs some chaos like a real person lived there.

But, great render. Like the shaders, and lighting.

the camera angle should be a little more normal, it's not a very big scene, no need for a so wide angle, the rendering is very good

Thank you very much for the crit. I do agree that it does look too clean. I do architectural work and most of our clients of the company require this certain type of look from us and as well as some of the clients i do freelance work for. I'll try to do some of your suggestions on some of my next work (of course if I can talk the client into allowing me to do so, hehehe).
Yup the camera angle did distort the image but I needed to zoom out a tad bit because they wanted me to squeeze all of the elments into the frame :)

good job . it looks real....
think you need more dark corners to add more depth .
