very nice. only thing i am a bit shaky about is the door. it may just be the image or the actual texture but the texture on the door seems very low res.. might want to take a second look at it. and in the first image, a portion of the roof (somewhat above the left window on the side of the house) seems to be just a black triangle, is that shadows, or a modelling/texturing error?
but yeah, check those 2 things out...other than that, great job.

you have a gutter on the gable of the roof where there shouldn't be one.And the downpipes should hug the building as they return and descend down the building. And they are floating in midair without being fixed to the wall.you have made a good start though.

Hey dino01, looking good so far. I just have a few suggestions appart from whats allready been said.
I take it that its a game model.
When making a model thats going to use a repeating texture, make sure that the details in the texture dont stand out too much, it will catch the viewers eye in a second and they wont get the feeling that it is a "real" building. So, make a repeating texture that blend in into eachother more.

It is a smart move to make it more lowres on top of the building and make more room for the UVs that the viewer will see.
However, in this case it stands out a little too much for ->my<- taste, atleast for the areas that i pointed out on the picture.
