Title: GENERAL SECRETARY OF NORTH
Name: takao shigeyama
Country: Japan
Software: Maya, Photoshop, ZBrush

He's sitting on a citizen's chair.
And he has enough food.
So he's overweight but citizen is scarcity of food.

I worked on it several months in my free time.
And I finally finished my latest work.
I used ZBrush for sculpting&coloring&rendering.
And then I did touch up with Photoshop.

I hope you like it.
Critics or comments are welcome, sorry for my english.
thanks for seeing.

Hi Takao .

I think your guy here is really disguisting, which is good thing, I guess you went for that effect.
Only thing I find confusing here is this messed up perspective point, as if the character is reflected trough fish eye lens in a bad way or something.

Nice work. Though i agree with AIR the perspective it's all messed up man!

all the fruit it's strecthed, the dogs too the center it's pretty decent but as you get away from it things start to get all messed up...

What went wrong?

I feel that the fisheye perspective helps the composition much, it on one hand gives focus on the megalomanical character, putting him in the center of his world, and also conveys how everything else is distorted.

excellent work

I totally agree with the comment of the upper mate there about the fish eye distorcion helping with the composition of the scene.

Simply a awesome work.
The ideia of the citizen chair is also fantastic.

Congrats mate

I think the fish-eye effect is quite clever... reflecting the rotund form of our less that tactful, portly subject. Some may call this work political, with the subject matter and all (a slothful, gluttonous dictator on a throne), but that's what I like about it! A deep moving message with regards to how a country's heirarchy truly is. BRILLIANT!
