Hahahahahahahahaha :applause:

I thought intel was releasing a P4 800Mhz FSB?

Although Toms is probably one of the worst places for info, I dont think that they are wrong here. The article refers to it as being a "200 MHz Quad FSB" translating to 800 Mhz, while the other one is 133 quad equaling 533 Mhz.

yeah, i believe that this is correct. someone posted a mail some time ago about how they multiply up the actual speed to give the 800mhz from what is actually 200mhz. i don't get it either

It isnt very complicated, guys.
The bus speed of the new P4s actually is 200MHz, four data bits are sent per clock cycle - making it 'quad pumped' 200MHz - which the marketing folks call 800MHz.

Just like how Athlons have 133MHz & 166MHz DDR buses - 2 bits per clock cycle - marketing calls it twice the actual clock speed because of the DDR.

I think maybe you guys took my post a little out of context... I was poking fun at the "800Mhz FSB" not the 200Mhz FSB.

Other than that, search through the hardware forums to see various inacuracies pointed out.
