CGTalk - Tire deformation

hi there,
i am animating a plane,i am using lattice for tire deformation, to show the ground and tire interaction,show the gass presure in tire and weight of plane,but when i move plane lattice not move with plane,when i parent with tire it also rotate with tire.how i can fix?

point constrain should do the trick
