Here's a character design concept I did in pencils.

Just a scan so-far. Let me know what you think.

Wow! I like it very much :)
Very nice details on the muscles...

Are you going to airbrush this one?

Thanks guys...

That's not his tail man, it's the butt (no pun intended) of his alien rifle. This will all make more sense if I color this I suppose...

Here's step 1 in coloring; flat (boring) colors. This will clear up what is his body and what is not however...

Ok, here's a more finalized colored version. It's a bit slapped together (about 30 minutes on the coloring job) but I'm eager to try new things..

whoe yeh,

I love his knees!! really bone-ish!!:bounce:

Great figure, would be more great if you draw a short story about it (what is it, what does it do!)(My curiousity..i guess)

I thing, but that's my taste, I would color the right leg the same color as the rest, I know you did it for a shadow effect, but in the final version, it has a double shadow, but again that's what I would.

Hope to see more,

It looks great, but lacks a bit on the believability scale. I mean, really, that leg wouldn't actually work. There's no muscle on it, so the bone wouldn't be able to move. And two bones are usually used in places that twist, or need additional movement to the straightfoward type. If you were going for that, the pose should show how the guy can move in a way humans cannot.

The work is good, I just think the concept needs work
