View Full Version : Color picker while painting
Yeminius 11-18-2007, 07:24 AM HI!
I was wondering if it was any possible to have a Color window other than the small one by default... one like the color picker but live, not haveing to close it to do other stuff. Lets say, having it in another window.
I've looked after this but can't ask myself and google with what words make the question, heheh ;(!
THANKS!

I've been looking for a similar tool, where I could load an image, leave it on the side and when I click in it it picks up the color...

yeah... that would be so cool too
have you ever heard about some similar plugin to that? I mean, the thing at least for a color pallete is strech the one that is in the normal one, that is very small ¬¬

You can always just open an image like this...

or this...

... and put it to the side of your Photoshop window. Then, while painting, just ALT-click the desired color, and you're good to go. Of course, a snapshot of a color picker is always missing one "dimension" (like saturation or luminance).

Thank you man
yeah, I was doing that, but as you said, you are missing some saturation, luminance and darkness controls, and that was what I was mostly looking for. I mean, the same color picker window butwithout being closed
thank you man, that big window is very cool
