hi work on some project and in part of him i need to do model of nerd glasses....i mean like in the picture that i add...and let we say that i don't know how to start...do you have any idea?

ok...i try to start something but i don't know.....this not looking good..
i take circle i did to it extrude then i copy it......and i do for him boolen then i copy it again .....and put on both some metrial..

Make a spline and use the Lathe modifier to turn it into a 3d object. The Lathe modifier rotates the spline around a axis (tweakable in subobject mode), which is perfect for your needs.
As for the material, you could use the 'thin wall refraction' in the refraction slot, and a tiny percentage of reflection using the raytrace map.
Having nice transparent of reflective objects is all about the enviroment though, think about it like this: if there is nothing to reflect/refract, than how could it look good?
Try meddling around with 100% self illuminated objects in the scene to spice up the refractions and reflections...
