Title: Long way to go
Name: Migara Hewawardena
Country: Sri Lanka
Software: 3ds max, Vue

I came across a image on the net while looking for textures.
So i wanted to create something similar to it.
So her's the result, I used Vue 6 to create this, the debre on the right grassy area are 3ds object i got from 3d max.
I had to cut down rendering quality in vue cause it take a long time, tell me what you guys think of this.thanks.

I like this Migara, only one crit that I would give though.

It doesn't feel like i have a long ways to go because the perspective is a little off. Your road doesn't meet anywhere at the end of the horizon, which gives it kind of a cartoony feel and like there's not much distance between the first set of trees and the last set. The last set of trees should be closer together and smaller, in relation to the perspective "meeting point" of the road...That would give this image more of the 'oh no, that's a LOOONG ways to go' feeling.

Otherwise, keep it up!

p.s. how bout a bird in the air a long ways off in the distance?? :)

Looks good, and a nice landscape render. Keep it up.
