Hello,

I am trying to animate an object rotating, this i can do...

However i have moved the object so that its pivot X, Y, Z coordinates dont match the worlds X, Y, Z pivot coordinates. (It looks like the image i have attached. )

I would like to animate the "satellite" object so that when i rotate the (for example) X coordinate it will rotate from the objects pivot, not the worlds.

I hope i explained this well enough, its a little difficult to explain and im not the most articulate person in the world! :)

Thanks alot for your time!

Uhm.. what?

Sorry, I.. don't understand. Or maybe I do, if you want to animate the object around it's local axis, find the rolldown button in the top-bar that says World or View, click it, and set it to Local. Then the transform-gizmo will orient itself around the objects local axis.

If that's not what you mean, then by all means try and explain again. Preferbly using clearer pictures, I can't see what I'm looking at in the one you posted
