I feel a bit intimidated by all the awesome 2d stuff I see here. :-)
I recently got my own Wacom to make texturing easier while doing 3d...the best buy I made in years! Please, I would like to hear your comments.

His hands are a bit young for an old, experienced wizard! ;)

Anyway, Awesome work.. You should be proud to show this stuff up!! :)

Keep it up!

The effect of the hands is very good and the fabric also is very well, the face is what I like less, but it seems to me a good work.
what I wolud change is the background.

Agree with CGMonkey, from monkey Island (Got ADSL there yet?):

Giving the hands a more wizzened-up feel (lots of wrinkles on the knuckles, slightly more pronounced veins, try getting some of the local color (you've used so nicely in his face) onto his hands/knuckles also....cracked nails, perhaps - and you should be there!

A 'weathered texture on his clothing would do him credit also...

Nice work!

Great, i like that devil expression on his face. Only the nose is a little bit to red for my taste, or the wizard only has drunk too much

thanks for the feedback. I'll see what I can do with the hands, and clothes.

As for the nose. I've made the redness a bit less prominent, already. It looks a lot better.

I will update once I've made the changes.

thanks again
