I've got my scene with a dragon that emit fire from his mouth, ok?
The fire is a particle system with PType1 particle type connect with it. If I open the PType1 in the render tree I see my orange PType1 with a green Particle_Billboard connected to it and a green particle shade connected to this Particle_Billboard. If I render my particle it's ok, but if I save my scene and reload it in another time and I try to do a render region, the particles dosn't appair. I notice that if I open my PType1 in a Render tree there aren't the Particle_Billboard and the Particle_Shape connection and I must recreate its by hand everytime I open the scene. Why?:annoyed:
