Hello everybody.
I would like to announce an animation I'm currently making, based on the Grimm Fairy Tale, The Lady and the Lion. I made the decision to create this animatiom back in August 2002, but only now was I able to put the pieces together for a presentation in a web format. www.theladyandthelion.com This is my own personal project, and it is not subsidized.

I intend this to be a short film length (15-30 min). As I progress more and more informations, imagery, and animations will be available to view. I will also be discussing on the site the "how to's" of the work. Exhibiting how I create this piece.

I'm very excited about this project, and it has become very "real" now that my site is up, and solely dedicated to the project.

Updated the Sentry. He is fully armored, and I will be adding human skulls to the arm band.

Updated (http://www.theladyandthelion.com/site.htm) An image of the Sentry with UV markers. If wanted, I can go into some length on how I create the maps. I use UV Edit Pro, but I can show how to do the same things without that plugin.

You can also find other information about the process at www.tvpaint.com

Hello Matt,

I would like it if you could share with us some tips on setting up your UV's. I am finishing up a painting of mine this week and then I think I will start testuring my troll.

Thanks
