You may be experiencing a moire pattern. This is a normal occurance, and can be fought off in a few ways.
First, don't use such tightly packed patterns.
Make sure you are AA the render, and finally, it's possible to utilize supersampling to rid yourself of such problems.
Some moire patterns can't be gotten rid of, as they are a natural visual "trick of the eye".
That is, if I am reading your question properly.
Please post a pic or animation to show exactly what you mean.

Pic is too small, or I don't see the problem.
Try to give a more lengthy and concise explination of your problem.

Try supersampling your texture.

Supersampling the texture won't help I think, becuase it is the geometry that is causing the problem, not the texture.
You will have to use a different antialiasing setting in the render window to solve this one. There is many settings for the antialiasing filter, the general rule is: More samples is better, and slower.
You can also render your animation at a bigger size (twice for example) and then scale it down in a composition package like After Effects (or a Photoshop batch).

Have you tried a different AA filter than "video"? Like Catmull-Rom, or area?
And as far as supersampling, you gave no mention as to what was creating the pattern. Your scene looks low-poly enough to have mapped stairs.
Perhaps if you give a detailed explanation of what the problem is, what you've done to try to rid yourself of the problem, and then we can help more.
AA will increase your render time. Arguing that it does'nt is completly incorrect.

Ok, let me ask this:
Can you give us a few screen shots that contian this:
a 3/4 view of the stairs
a non-AA version
a version with catmull-rom AA
and a version with no materials
That could really help diagnos the problem.
Thanks

Hi hany_land,
My suggestion is,.. take the ‘blurry’ solution -AA, Filter: video (play with the filter size), because this particular case is really a difficult one .With this staircase, from this point of view, you will always have some problem by camera animation. In my humble experience I did not find more than a compromise solutions in similar situations.:annoyed:

screen shots will not let u see flekring lins u most see it in
animation, and i dont know how to send an animation fils with
20 k size ...,i fix it with compromised solutions ,i rendr the stairs
only with mask and compust with blur effect in combustion2
and give it some key with animation..i did not have to much time
to rerendr with AA becous i have a died time and my clint going
to kill me
:)
tanx all

i think the 'flickering lines' your seeing is called interlacing, and can easily be fixed in premiere w/ 'de-interlacing' in the export options..
