Critique my topology

At a quick glance,i would advise to clean up the geometry flow all around where the ear was attached to the head and the edgeloop running from the centre of the eye to the underneath of the chin has 2 poles on the same row of edges.i would move the lower pole across 1 row to the left(in side view)to rearrange the loops around the mouth.
