I like it allot! It has style!

The hair adds allot to her! (how did you do it?)

Her eyes look a bit lifeless! create another sphere around the eyeball and add some specular shine to it.

I remember there being a good tutorial on 3DLuvr.com, i think she will look REALLY cool with cartoony eyes, becuase she doesnt look realistic (no offence if that was the look u was going for!)
