this is a car I started on last week, I am still modelling, it is polygons and nurbs for the wheels. Any suggestions or comments? Sorry about the small pic but click the link to see a better one.

its not bad however you should work through some tutorials to get the car looking straighter and more real, try and find the fiat500 tutorial (i cant remember the address)

Good work. A few suggestions I think will make it better:

If you are going for realism, then the wheel area may be too large. Also, the cockpit is a bit small compared to the rest of the car.

Also, the reflections make it hard to see the structure of your model. Could you post a pic with no textures applied? Maybe a wireframe view?

Keep it up!

BTW, I am also modeling a car. I'm about 4 hours into it.

You can find Fiat 500 tutorial (the most detailed I've seen so far - I'm currently working on it) at www.3dtotal.com. Hope it helps.

with this model I am somewhat going for realism and i some ways i am not, the model is based on some drawings by my friend charles. I made some minor changes but it is basically to scale with the drawings. However the more I look at it the more i see how unrealistic it is. http://personal.southern.edu/~drcavins/gtrfrontcolor.jpg ]
