i wana know how do thay makes this gray /green/half blue
tone of color in the filmes like matrix.
i tried to mess with the color balanc in ae5.5 'and it dosent look the same.
any tips?:D :D

It is a combination of two things, Bleach Bypass and Digital Color Gradiing. The Bleach Bypass process in film is where they skip the bleaching process that takes the silver out of the developed film so the image stays grainy and has a high level of contast in it. Digital Color Grading is just using the computer to color instead of doing it chemically.
In afterfx you can either use a "Film Look" plugin like Magic Bullet, Cinelook, 55mm:
